I am committed to protecting your privacy in using this site. All correspondence is treated as confidential unless specifically advised, and will not be provided to third parties unless expressly requested, nor added to a marketing list.

Information Collected

When you look at this web site, our Internet Service Provider makes a record of your visit and logs the following information for statistical purposes:

• Your server's IP address (a number unique to the computer through which you are connected to the internet).
• The date and time of your visit to the site.The pages you accessed and documents downloaded.

This information is not provided to us.

If you use the web site to complete an online application form, we will only collect the information contained in that application form if you submit the form to us. If you log out of the web site or cancel the application prior to submitting the form, the information you had entered will be automatically deleted.

Information relating to donations made through BankWest or Paypal to the campaign is maintained by those organisations and is not made available to us unless you choose to inform us directly (e.g. via the Contact page).

You can request access to the information we have collected from you if you have any concerns about the accuracy or extent of that information.

Use of information collected

We will only record your e-mail address if you send us a message. Your e-mail address will only be used for the purpose for which you have provided it and it will not be added to a mailing list or used for any other purpose without your consent.

We will not use or disclose information collected about you other than for a purpose made known to you, a purpose you would reasonably expect, a purpose required, authorised or permitted by or under any law, or a purpose otherwise authorised by you.

If you tell us you do not wish to have your personal information used for a particular purpose, we will respect your wishes.

Under the Electoral Act 1907 (WA), all donations over $1,600 must be declared to the Western Australian Electoral Commission, for which we need to provide the name and address of the donor.
